Job Description
- Working with users to formulate and document business requirements
- Identifying, investigating, and analysing business processes, procedures and work practices
- Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour
- Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects
- Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
- Creating user and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes
- Developing functional specifications for use by system developers
- Using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software
- Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process

- Fill out the online form, upload the required documents, pay the application fee, and submit for review;
- After the review is completed, the result will be sent to the applicant by email; if it fails, the applicant will receive a "letter of rejection" with reasons attached.

Language Requirements
- There is no English proficiency requirement for ACS career assessment, so applicants can prepare their English scores while preparing for the career assessment.
Academic requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Complete at least 33% of ICT-related courses in a three-year undergraduate program;
- Bachelor's degree: Complete at least 25% of ICT-related courses in a four-year undergraduate program;
- Bachelor's degree: Complete at least 20% of ICT-related courses in a five-year undergraduate program;
- College degree: Complete at least 50% of ICT courses;
- Master's degree: For a two-year master's program with a minor in ICT, you need to complete at least 50% of ICT-related courses;
- Master's degree: For a two-year master's program with a major in ICT, you need to complete at least 33% of ICT-related courses;
- For non-ICT related college or above, an RPL project report + any 6-8 years of relevant work experience is required.
