Job Description

    Academic requirements

      1. 1. Hold a certified translator certificate in the same language combination;
      1. 2. Completed (graduated or eligible to graduate) a NAATI-recognized translation or interpreting qualification – Advanced Diploma or higher within three years prior to application;
      1. 3. Provide evidence of at least two years’ experience as a translator or interpreter in one language combination.
    1. Certified Conference Interpreter Requirements

    2. Completed (graduated or eligible to graduate) a NAATI-accredited conference interpreting qualification – Masters degree or higher (equivalent to Australian Qualifications Framework [AQF] Level 9) within three years prior to application.

    3. At least two years of conference interpreting experience in the same language combination is recommended.
