为此，我们做出了一个艰难的决定，即暂时停止发放录取通知书和录取研究生证书的新生。我们理解这一消息可能会令人失望，在我们应对这些变化的过程中，衷心感谢您的耐心和理解。

请注意，我们的学术英语课程、UTS预科课程和TNE课程以及UTS学院斯里兰卡校区不受政府调整的影响。

On 5 September, we wrote to you regarding the proposed international student limits at Australian universities and colleges.

In response to this, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily pause issuing offers and admitting new students for graduate certificates. We understand this news may be disappointing and sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we navigate these changes.

Please note our Academic English, UTS Foundation Studies and TNE options, as well as our UTS College Sri Lanka campus are unaffected by the government changes.
