482 Visa
(Temporary) visas in the employer sponsored visa stream
The TSS (482) visa is a temporary work visa established by the Australian government for Australian companies to hire various professionals or skilled workers from overseas. It aims to fill the short- to medium-term shortage of skilled workers and meet the needs of the labor market in a fast and flexible way. The employer nominates the applicant and guarantees the applicant to work for him.
The TSS (482) visa is a temporary visa category in the employer-sponsored visa series. The visa is divided into short-term, medium- and long-term, and labor agreements, with a maximum of 4 years. Among them, after holding a medium- and long-term 482 visa and working for the nominated employer for 3 years, you can apply for a 186/187 employer-sponsored permanent residence visa. The labor agreement is subject to the specific agreement.
