Some visas (including 485) will not be eligible to apply for a student visa after 1st Jul. This announcement might impact some of your students who may want to apply a student visa prior to 1st Jul. The student will need to complete this form. Please advise the student to follow the instruction on page 3 (at the bottom of the page) on how to submit the form. It is important to get them to mention to the Student Service team when submitting the COE request form that they need to submit a student visa before 1st Jul. 学生需要完成附件的表格 ，请建议学生按照第 3 页（页面底部）的说明提交表格。在提交 COE 申请表时，请务必让学生向学生服务团队说明他们需要在 7 月 1 日前提交学生签证。
The process usually take 6 weeks but we are trying our best to accommodate the request from this affected student cohort.
